Vegan Parmesan Cheese

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder


  1. Place the cashews and almonds, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic, and onion powder in a small food processor.
  2. Pulse until you obtain a mixture with a thick and crumbly texture.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to a month.


  • For a nut-free version, use a mixture of pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds.
